Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between PAE ENTERPRISE LTD (KLEIS RENTAL) , hereinafter referred to as “the Company,†and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Client,†in relation to the provision of tour operator services. By accessing or using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 The Client may book tour packages through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
2.2 Full payment for the tour package is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2.3 Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by the Company.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 The Client may cancel their booking by providing written notice to the Company.
3.2 Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific tour package booked. The Client is responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy for their chosen tour package.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may be subject to administrative fees.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1 The Client may request changes to their booking, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a refund.
5. Travel Documents and Insurance
5.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their chosen destination.
5.2 The Client is strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators. As such, the Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by the Client during the course of their tour, except where such loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arises as a direct result of the Company’s negligence or breach of contract.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic Of Mauritius.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic Of Mauritius.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on our website.
By booking a tour package with us, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
